Yes. While it doesn’t have a legal expiry date, it’s recommended to refresh every 2 years to stay compliant and current.
The course usually takes one day (6–8 hours) to complete.
Please be sure to wear appropriate clothing. We suggest long pants, long sleeves and closed-in footwear, preferably steel-toed boots. Imagine you’re heading to a worksite.
If possible please wear your steel cap boots. All other equipment will be provided by CTRA.
There is limited on-site parking, but there is plenty of free on-street parking available
nearby.

There are no specific pre-requisites for most of our courses. However, you should be 18 years or over, have sound language and literacy skills, and have the physical capacity to preform manual tasks safely.
Students who are deemed competent will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment as per the Australian Qualifications Framework. The Statement is issued by Certified Training Resources Australia (RTO 45826).
You will need to bring a current photo ID such as ID card, drivers license or a passport.
